Notice Regarding the Secretary of State
Please be aware that many Secretary of State offices throughout the US have temporarily closed their doors and stopped offering in-person services.
Most of the services are still being provided online. If you want to file your business entity formation documents or annual reports, please visit the SOS website of your state and follow the instructions.

How to Stay Safe During COVID-19
Stay safe and follow these recommendations provided by CDC:
- Wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth to help protect yourself and others.
- Stay 6 feet apart from others who do not live with you.
- Avoid crowds.
- Avoid poorly ventilated indoor spaces.
- Wash your hands often with soap and water. Use hand sanitizer if soap and water are not available.
